Refund policy

For Local Pickup:
We guarantee your plants will stay healthy for one month after pickup.
If your plant unfortunately doesn’t survive within this period, we’re happy to replace it with a new one. 🌱

For Shipped Orders:
We handle every plant with great care and inspect each one before shipping to ensure it’s healthy and beautiful.
Because succulents are living plants, some natural changes may occur during transit.

After removing soil and drying the roots, minor leaf shrinkage, color variation, or a few fallen leaves are normal and not eligible for refund or replacement.

If your plant arrives with serious damage (such as rot, breakage, or missing items), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos or videos, and we’ll assist you promptly.

If the issue occurred during shipping, please also contact USPS to file a claim.
We’ll gladly provide any information needed to support your case.
