Echeveria agavoides 'Romeo' is a popular and striking succulent cultivar known for its dramatic foliage colors, ranging from dusty purple-gray to intense, deep red. Originally discovered as a natural mutation of Echeveria agavoides in a German nursery, it is prized for its symmetrical, flower-like rosette and sharp, pointed leaf tips. 

'Romeo' is considered more sensitive than other Echeveria varieties and can be prone to "sudden death" if care requirements are not strictly met. Use the "soak and dry" Watering method—wait for the soil to dry out completely before watering. Never let water sit in the center of the rosette, as this causes rot. Bottom watering is often recommended to avoid this.
